Courtney takes an integrative, whole-body approach to health and wellness.
By identifying root causes and addressing nutrient deficiencies, she uses in-depth assessments to build a complete picture of your unique health needs.
From there, you will work collaboratively alongside the JW coaching team to balance macronutrients, address nutritional gaps, implement targeted supplementation, and integrate sustainable lifestyle changes.
